1. Operator and scope
This website and Wexnex are operated by YAWA DIGITAL, trading as Wexnex, India. These terms cover this website and Wexnex. Contact support@wexnex.com with questions. Specific written service or purchase terms may add to these terms for a separately agreed offering.
2. Using the service
You must be an adult with authority to provide the business information and instructions you enter. Use the product lawfully and follow our acceptable use policy. You are responsible for accurate practice facts, the rights to content you provide and reviewing any generated or prepared output.
Do not submit patient health records, confidential credentials or payment information to the current workspace. Listing selection is not proof of ownership or permission to manage a third-party account.
3. Current product capabilities
Public Google clinic lookup and the interactive planning, draft, instruction and approval workflow are available. The current planner uses local rules and templates; it is not a remotely operating AI team. Manual/illustrative workspaces are browser-local, while live Google sessions remain in memory.
Connection walkthroughs do not perform real Google/Meta authorization. Calling, bookings, rendered video, posting, measured audits, live model reasoning and ad delivery require separately configured services. Technology pages describe planned directions.
4. Content, drafts and approvals
You retain the rights you hold in your submitted content. You allow it to be processed for the workflow you request. Wexnex retains rights in its brand, software and original product artwork, subject to any third-party rights. Do not misrepresent a draft as an approved professional opinion or a measured result.
Review clinical, factual, legal and advertising statements with appropriate practice staff before using them. Approval in the current workspace records a review decision. It does not by itself authorize or perform publication, outreach, an account write or expenditure.
5. Third-party services
Public clinic search and photos are subject to applicable Google Maps Platform terms and Google policies. Official provider links lead to services operated by those providers. Their access, availability, fees and terms are separate from Wexnex’s product.
Provider names are used to describe technology directions. They do not imply endorsement, grant acceptance or a commercial partnership.
6. Charges and cancellation
Requesting a demo or 14-day trial does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. The trial starts when your workspace is activated. No card is required by the request form. Any future offer must disclose the plan, price, billing interval, usage allowance, renewal and cancellation rules before purchase. A budget field is a planning input and does not authorize spending.
See cancellation and refunds for the current policy. A separate signed or accepted purchase agreement may govern a paid service, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
7. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free drafts, rankings, patient inquiries, revenue or a clinical outcome. Local browser data may be lost when the browser or origin changes, storage is cleared or a live session ends. Keep permitted exports of work you need.
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory protections.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update the product and these terms as the service develops. Material changes to a paid offering will be addressed under its agreed service terms and applicable law. Misuse may result in restricted access where permitted.
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact support@wexnex.com to try to resolve a concern. Any unresolved matter may be brought before a competent court or authority as provided by applicable law; no unconfirmed city or exclusive venue is specified.
