1. Demo and trial
A demo or 14-day trial request does not create an active paid subscription or automatic renewal. Your trial begins when your workspace is activated. No card is required to request access; you can stop before any paid plan is agreed. Exploring the workspace, creating a plan or entering a campaign budget does not create a charge or authorize spending.
2. Paid plans
Before a future paid subscription is offered, its price, billing interval, usage allowances, renewal, cancellation process and applicable refund rules must be shown before payment. Those purchase terms will govern that subscription, alongside mandatory rights under applicable law.
3. Separately agreed work
If you separately purchase implementation or another service from YAWA DIGITAL/Wexnex, its written quotation, agreement or order terms govern scope, delivery, cancellation and refunds. This page does not alter an existing agreement or promise a refund period that was not agreed.
4. Billing concerns
For an incorrect charge or a question about an agreed service, contact support@wexnex.com with the order or invoice reference. Do not email full card details, bank credentials or sensitive personal records. Mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
