1. Who is responsible
YAWA DIGITAL, trading as Wexnex (“Wexnex”, “we”, “our”), operates this website and the Wexnex brand from India. Contact privacy@wexnex.com for privacy questions or requests, or support@wexnex.com for product support.
This policy covers this website and the current Wexnex workspace. A separate Wexnex product or third-party service may have its own notice; that notice applies to its specific service.
2. Information you provide
You may enter practice facts, a website URL, goals, specialist preferences, instructions, drafts and review decisions. Manual and illustrative workspaces save this information in this browser. Contact and demo forms submit your name, email, message, inquiry type and contact permission to our hosted database so we can handle your request. Demo requests may retain the selected Google Place ID and the requested 14-day trial; clinic names, photographs and other Google listing content are not stored with the inquiry. Direct emails are handled by your email provider and our receiving provider.
Please provide only information needed for the business workflow. The current workspace is not intended for patient records, clinical histories, payment card details or sensitive personal information.
3. Public Google clinic information
A clinic search sends your query or supported Maps link through our server to Google Maps Platform. Selecting a clinic retrieves its public name, address, contact information, opening hours and, when available, an attributed photograph. These details help you confirm the shared practice brief. A match does not verify business ownership.
Google lookup responses are marked no-store. Public profile content, edits and dependent drafts in a live Google session stay in browser memory and are not written to local or session storage or exported by the product. Refreshing starts a new session and retrieves the public profile again. A Place ID can appear in the page address. Google-hosted photo requests may be made directly by your browser.
Google handles its services under the Google privacy policy and applicable Maps terms. Read our Google API use notice for details.
Connected Google Search Console pilot
Authorized participants in the private Scout pilot can choose to connect a Google account to their Wexnex workspace. This connection is separate from public Google Maps clinic lookup.
With your permission, Scout receives your Google account identifier and verified email address, the Search Console properties available to that account, and search-performance reports for the website property selected in your workspace. Reports can include clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average search position, daily totals and search queries. We use this information to identify the connected account, associate the selected website with your workspace, and display your website's search performance.
Scout requests read-only Search Console access. This permission does not let Scout change your website or publish changes to Search Console.
The connected pilot stores connection metadata and cached reports on its server. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage and are not returned to the dashboard. A refresh token lets the server renew Google access when an updated report is requested, while Google's authorization remains valid. The current Scout connector does not send these Search Console reports to an AI provider.
Closing or refreshing your browser does not delete the connected account record or saved reports. You can revoke Wexnex's permission through your Google Account's third-party connections controls. Revoking permission prevents further authorized Google access, but does not itself erase reports already stored in the workspace. Contact privacy@wexnex.com to request deletion of the connection information or saved reports. We may verify that you are authorized to make the request.
4. Media, voice and planned AI services
Optional photos and audio selected or recorded during the storyboard workflow remain temporary in browser memory. They are not uploaded to an AI provider, cloned, rendered or retained by our server. Camera or microphone use asks for browser permission and the product’s consent controls; leaving the step stops the active stream.
The current workspace does not send your goals or drafts to ElevenLabs, Gemini, Meta Llama, Anthropic or OpenAI model APIs. Technology pages describe planned integrations. Before activating a provider-backed feature, we will identify the relevant processing, permissions and service terms, and update the notice as needed. A planned feature is not consent to transmit data.
5. Why information is used
Information supports clinic confirmation, planning, specialist handoffs, draft preparation and review, user-requested support and security of the service. We do not operate an advertising-data sale or use the current workspace’s content to train a general-purpose AI model.
Where consent is required, it should relate to a specific enabled feature. Routine service communications and applicable legal or security requirements may have a separate lawful basis. Your mandatory rights under applicable law remain available.
6. Service providers and international processing
The website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including a hosted database for contact and demo inquiries. Hosting and access services may process account/access information, request metadata such as IP address and timestamps, and short-lived hashed request counters for spam protection, and operational logs under their policies. Google provides public clinic search/photos and externally loaded fonts. These services may process information outside India.
Opening official provider links takes you to a separate website. Those sites and their cookies are governed by their own notices. We do not grant them access to your Wexnex workspace merely by listing or linking to them.
7. Storage, retention and deletion
Manual/illustrative plans and drafts stay in this browser until you reset the workspace, clear site data or use the local-data control on our cookies and storage page. They are not a cloud backup and do not synchronize between origins or devices. Exporting such a workspace creates a copy that you control.
Public clinic-lookup session information is discarded when that lookup session ends or refreshes. This public-lookup behavior does not apply to the private connected Scout pilot, whose saved connection information and reports are described separately above. Temporary media is cleared when leaving its flow or closing the page. Contact/demo inquiries and support correspondence may be retained for the inquiry, related business records and applicable legal requirements. Hosting providers control their own operational retention; no fixed vendor retention period is represented here.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You can correct your practice details, reset local workspaces, skip optional media and revoke camera/microphone access through browser settings. You may request information about processing, correction or deletion of information we hold, withdraw feature consent or raise a privacy grievance by emailing privacy@wexnex.com. We may ask for proportionate verification before acting on a request.
Rights and any available escalation to a competent authority depend on applicable law and its operative provisions. We will consider requests under the law that applies to the processing, including relevant Indian requirements. Withdrawing consent does not make prior lawful processing unlawful.
9. Children, security and updates
The business workspace is intended for adults authorized to act for a practice, not a service directed at children. We do not ask for children’s patient information in this product.
Current safeguards include platform access controls, protected server credentials, validated lookup inputs and limited storage. No security certification or guarantee of perfect protection is claimed. Report issues to security@wexnex.com. We will update this policy when features or processing change; the date above identifies this version.
