1. Authorized business work
Provide information you are authorized to use. Make lawful, accurate business requests and respect third-party account, image, voice, model and publishing rules. A clinic listing is not permission to impersonate or manage that clinic.
2. Prohibited activity
- Do not submit patient records, stolen credentials, unlawful personal data or unauthorized media.
- Do not impersonate a clinician or another person, clone a voice without permission, fabricate reviews, customers or clinical results, or create misleading advertising.
- Do not spam, harass, exploit minors, facilitate wrongdoing, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
- Do not probe the lookup service for secrets, exceed its intended use or use it as a general scraping endpoint.
3. Professional and account review
Qualified practice staff must review clinical statements and applicable advertising requirements. Account writes and campaign spending need the correct authority and exact approval. Do not use the workspace for urgent medical decision-making or to make unverified booking commitments.
4. Reporting and enforcement
Report misuse to support@wexnex.com or security concerns to security@wexnex.com. We may investigate and restrict misuse as permitted by applicable law and the service terms.
