PROVIDER ARCHITECTURE · PRIMARY PLANNED MODEL ADAPTER
Google Gemini via Vertex AI
for scoped workflows.
The workspace uses local templates today. This page explains a planned integration, not an active connection or provider partnership.
Purpose
Generate structured plans, website copy and educational drafts from clinic-approved facts. We will first build one bounded, editable content draft workflow.
Status
Primary planned model adapter. Live model or voice execution is not enabled.
What data would be sent?
Approved practice facts, the task brief and relevant owner instructions. Patient records, credentials and unrelated clinic data are excluded from the proposed first workflow.
Human review and approval
Outputs would return to the Wexnex review workspace. Clinic owners check facts, suitability and consent before separate authorization for external actions. Clinical diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with qualified professionals.
First integration milestone
- Validate a practice brief with its owner.
- Send one scoped content task from a server-side adapter.
- Return a structured draft with missing facts called out.
- Evaluate factual consistency, cost and latency.
- Let the owner edit and approve; no automatic publication.
Credentials would be stored in Secret Manager, with a Cloud Run service identity and logging that avoids sensitive prompt contents. The proposed data store is Firestore. Region and retention settings still require implementation review.
